Please keep in mind that each product is individually hand printed.

It is important to printink studio that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to exchange or give you a credit. If this is the case, please contact sales@printinkstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us that you will be returning the item.

Exchanges and refunds will only be processed on the following terms:
  • The item is in 100% new condition, unworn and unwashed. With all tags still attached and original receipt included.
  • It must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase on receipt.
  • Goods are sent back through registered mail or courier. A trackable form of delivery is required to ensure we receive the item.
  • Return postage cost is charged to the customer.
  • Choose your item carefully as tinker by printinK studio does not exchange or refund for change of mind.
  • No refund or exchange is possible for items where special care instructions were not followed.
